As part of that mission, we want to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied with their order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy on all first-time subscription orders and on all one-time orders.
You can submit a return request by reaching out to our customer experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept returns for opened or unopened products. Please include your original order number in your email and the issue you are experiencing.
For subscription orders, we only accept returns on the first subscription order purchase, not on subsequent re-orders. If you would like to change or cancel your subscription you can either log into your account or email our team at email@example.com
At this time we do accept returns on gift cards.
Once our team has processed your refund, funds can take up to 5-10 business days to be returned to your original payment method.
Upon receipt of your order, please carefully inspect your items to make sure there is no damage and that you have received the correct products. Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if your order is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right.
